Certified Document Translator provides English document translation and certification services for immigration, legal, academic, and official records. The scope, delivery choice, and price for each document are shown before payment.

Certification and acceptance

Each completed order includes a Certificate of Translation Accuracy. Our certifications are prepared for official filing use, including USCIS submissions, but the receiving agency or organization makes its own final decision about what it will accept. Requirements can vary by agency, matter, and location.

Professional scope

This service provides document translation and certification. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, attorney review, or representation before any government agency.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear, complete documents and accurate order details, including the source language, names, dates, and requested delivery information. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to provide. Contact us promptly if you notice an issue before or after delivery.

Delivery and hard copies

Digital delivery through your secure account is included with every completed order. If you select hard-copy delivery, the checkout page displays the applicable charge and mailing details. Tracking information is added to your account when a hard-copy packet is shipped.

Order questions and corrections

If an order requires clarification or a correction, contact orders@cdtranslator.com with the order number. We will review the request and explain the available next step. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have a fair opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Cancellations and refunds

Translation work may begin after payment. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on the order status, work already completed, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Certified Document Translator is an independent private service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of USCIS or any other government agency. Certified Document Translator is operated by Kerr Media LLC.
