Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create and manage your translation order, including your name, email address, account login details, uploaded documents, order notes, delivery choices, shipping address when hard copies are requested, payment status, and order history.

How we use information

We use your information to process translation orders, prepare certified translations, provide account access, send order confirmations and status updates, deliver completed files, arrange hard-copy mailing when selected, prevent fraud or misuse, and respond to support requests.

Uploaded documents

Uploaded documents are used only to provide the translation service, complete quality review, create certification materials, and support the order if a correction or delivery issue arises. We do not sell customer documents or customer information.

Account and device information

We process account and session information needed to keep you signed in and protect your account. When you choose a camera scan or photo-library upload, the app accesses only the document you select or capture for your order. We do not use uploaded documents for advertising or unrelated profiling.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the site and process orders. These include Supabase for account, database, and file-storage services; Stripe for payment processing; and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Their systems may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

Email communications

We send transactional emails such as account messages, order confirmations, payment confirmations, and order status updates. These emails are part of the service and are not marketing newsletters.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer information. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We retain order information and documents for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support customers.

Your choices

You may request deletion from Account settings and status while signed in, or use our account deletion page if you no longer have app access. We remove account credentials, uploaded documents, and associated personal data that are not required for legitimate legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. A limited record of the request and legally required transaction information may be retained. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We may update this policy as the service changes or legal requirements evolve. The effective date above shows when this version was last revised.
